Because It Matters

I'm a 40 year old middle age guy. Like many others, I've lived a life of mediocrity and wasted potential. I feel like I'm the biggest underachiever from among my youthful peers. It seems like any chance of glory days are over and life is meaningless. I'm convinced many feel this way and have just laid down and quit on life. They're alive physically, but something inside has quit and died. I've felt this way myself. But you know what! Screw quitting and dying! God has given me another day so there must be a reason. It matters! I'm not the strong, youthful buck I once was, but I'm determined to live the rest of my days being an inspiration to someone and being a winner.
